"We asked them to come out after a toilet leak back in March 2025. They were great in the moment, but after being paid by out IN FULL by our insurance company, they raised the price and asked us to sign something saying that they were to be paid even more money (which we refused because again they were paid in full). Now they are harassing us for the so-called remaining balance. We have repeatedly explained to them that they were paid the agreed upon amount of $11k+, but we are still getting emails from them asking for more money. I wish I had called an entirely different company for my house flood rather than rely on the Google search I had to do that morning. Hopefully, this review will help you avoid a terrible mistake."
