But they emailed an invoice with a breakdown of parts used, work completed, and labor costs. It still seems a little high, but at least now I understand why. Otherwise, Josh did a fantastic job, was very professional, and took pictures of the work completed. My mother was extremely satisfied with her new pull-down sprayer kitchen faucet. Josh arrived on time and completed the work within the estimated time. From reading some of the other reviews, I would use Vegas Valley Plumbing again, but I would only request Josh to do the work.
