"Exceptional service! We recently hired Major 7 Restoration to address water damage in our home, and we couldn't be happier with the results. From the initial assessment to the final cleanup, the team was professional, efficient, and communicative every step of the way. They went above and beyond to ensure that our home was restored to its pre-damage condition, and the quality of their work exceeded our expectations. I highly recommend them to anyone in need of restoration services."

"Tri State Flood sent the work to Property Restoration Inc. so this review is about my experience working with Property Restoration Inc. The team from Property Restoration Inc. was great - showed up early, did a thorough job cleaning up a water leak in a finished basement and provided professional advice and follow up. A+ team!"

"They did an absolutely fantastic job painting my home! The quality of the work is outstanding, with incredibly clean lines and perfect attention to detail. He was professional, efficient, and left everything spotless when he finished. I am thrilled with how it turned out and highly recommend his services!" He even helped us get out of some really bad color choices before it was too late! He knows his stuff. Your quote is done on the spot! Very impressive. I highly recommend this company."

"This is the second time I have hired D&D construction. The first time was to repair the soffits on the portico and this time to completely remove the kitchen floor, replace it and install vinyl laminate. First time it was done quickly and professionally and for a good price. There were some problems with the flooring, but Demoine made it right at his expense.I am so pleased and happy with the results. Mr. Decluette is an honest man and stands by his work. I would definately recommend him to others and I will hire him next time I have a need."

"I had some serious water damage, and hired these professionals, they were very polite they did a great job I would recommend them over and over again very pleased with their work"

"They came in to inspect our firplace and chimney the summer of 2012, and they were honest with us.  The person who came out let us know that our system was in great condition, and did not need any service. He could of easliy over sold us on unnecessary products and services. We appreciate his honesty.

"AHS is ok. They cover repairs of most everything under the roof of your house. The companies that contract with them are not always the best. You call AHS with the issue, they send a fax to the repair company and give you the contact info. If they don't contact you within 24 hours, you call them. Sometimes they answer, sometimes they don't. When they arrive (usually three days or so later), they service the item. if it has issues within the 90 days, you call AHS again, they are sent out with no charge. If the serviceman decides the unit is unrepairable, AHS will allow you to choose a replacement from their listing (usually not as good as what you have) they will install and remove your old item, or give you wholesale amount to buy and install your own. Prices vary on what you want covered and what you want the copay to be, plus where you live. For me it is 49.99 per month with a 75.00 time of service order. You can have more than one item serviced at the same time under the same fee. If you have a SEAR product the repair guys are great. Not that wild about the other ones they send out. But it is a big savings compared to calling someone on your own. The cost of service is only the 75.00 copay."

"I had my bath room toilet pipe bust overnight. I woke up around 4 in the morning and I was standing in almost ankle deep water through most of my house. Gave your company a call and they were very prompt with instructions on what to do while waiting on them the show up, and they arrived within the hour(on a Sunday I might add) and was able to suck up all the water and leave dehumidifiers before any further damage occurred. Even though the situation was hectic, they were able to provide a pleasant service. It happened about 3 weeks ago, since then they have called and checked on me and and have continued to make sure no mold has been growing in my drywall. Will highly recommend Kermit and his crew to anyone that I talk to. Excellent company."
