"I was very pleased with both the work and the professionalism of the company and the technicians. They gave me a date and time and followed up to remind me the day before. On the day of service, I was sent a text message from the technician with name and photo saying he was on his way. They explained what they needed to do and the costs before they started and then promptly replaced all the smoke detectors with ones that were up-to-date. In addition, they did an inspection of the whole electrical system and answered questions I had about some switches."

"The work went fine. Eddie came on time to replace our outdoor water spigot and it worked well afterwards. We also asked him to return and install a new toilet for us in the downstairs bathroom. Again, he came on time, did the work, took away the old toilet and was very polite and helpful. He also installed a new indoor shutoff for the water supply to the house, and a new shutoff valve at the new toilet. We had a small problem with the toilet later, but, again, Eddie set up a time to come back, arrived on time, and fixed the problem quickly and cheerfully.
