They cleaned up and took a small amount of trash with them. I don't know how to give this service a rating."

"The cost is about $300.00 for the bees and $200.00 for the ants. They're pretty environmentally conscious. They know their stuff. They know the latest EPA rules for spraying that doesn't hurt human beings and pets. These guys are up on it and it's just as good. These guys get awards. I had some problems with big crows and robins, but the Cooper guys told me about cellophane streamers that are red on one side and silver on the other. Just pin them up above the windows and the wind makes them shimmy and it's very distracting to them, so the birds don't come anymore. They said they're hitting the windows because they see their reflection in the glass and think it's a predator so they attack it. You hear a big "bang" and they keep coming back."

Todd, the owner called ahead of arrival as agreed and showed up on time. He did a very thorough investigation inside the house and out - even though it was cold and pouring rain. He found the problem and treated it, even caulking around the inside fireplace wall where they were likely getting in. He told me what to expect over the following few days and gave me follow-up instructions. The price for the work was more than fair and both Todd and Cheryl were very personable and helpful. "Technicians were great!  They were punctual, courteous and professional.  Our service required more than one treatment however!  It seems the "colony" was perhaps LARGER than we expected.  Treated first outdoors and DID do a thorough job!  I waited the 10 days suggested and still saw "live activity" although greatly diminished by now.  The second technician arrived and treated indoors!  The number of ants that entered the affected area seemed to INCREASE although they would ENTER and die -- STILL & all I WAS seeing "live activity".  Called again and our original Technician came out to treat a couple of OTHER areas he suspected might be the "satellite" locations outside.  After that -- NO activity - NO ANTS!!!  I would definitely recommend Moyer Indoor Outdoor for pest control - They kept their word and got rid of our problem for which I am so very thankful! <br />"
