We chose Cano Heating and Air because Javier, the owner provided a very detailed assessments and work plan. The other companies talked straight about the cost and didn’t even bother to look at the furnaces. He explained everything and even drew some of the work and parts that need to be done in the attic to ensure that we won’t have any future issues later. He also provided the most affordable package with high quality equipment. I also like the fact that’s it’s a family-owned business. The units are really quiet and gave us all the required information for the warranty registration. They also helped us set up the thermostat controls in our cellphone so we can control them anytime and anywhere. "Excellent - We wanted to change our AC/Gas furnace system to a heat pump system and decided to use Tarpy. They provided a very comprehensive review of our needs, and spent additional time with me on the phone to help me choose the best and the most cost effective system for installation. Chris and David arrived on time and were very efficient with removal of the old system and installation of the new. They also corrected a couple of errors due to the previous installation (correcting bad welding on the Freon line, and installing a correct condensate discharge). "Excellent service, very fast response to my request for service, picked up laptop, diagnosed issues. Initially thought it was an OS update issue but the hard drive had failed along with other components (including 'CPU). Because other components were involved, a new solid state hard drive was put into a laptop with a working processor - same type CPU as in the failed unit. The laptop was repaired and returned in less than a week. This company picked up and dropped off the laptop (driving from Huntsville, AL (about 60-70 minutes)-- great service in this covid environment. I would recommend this company to my family./friends and will use again."

"Great service and honest people to work with! Charlie was able to give me a good estimate for repairing my concrete at my back yard. Although it was not a big project, Charlie agreed to do it and he sent to my house 2 guys that took out the old concrete and to do a new one with a nice design. The workers worked for 3 days in a row and they made sure to do their work without interfear us.  At the end they made sure to clean  and to ask our permission that everything is good.
