"They wanted $165 before even coming out. They bought the wrong style faucet so I was w/o running water overnight. I told the tech to disassemble the drain and take out the knife that fell in earlier. He couldn't find it. This year I noticed that the drain pipes were crooked so I had someone else come in to repair work that PPH did. They found the knife and did the drain pipes that PPH should have done correctly."

"The copper pipes in our unheated out building froze and burst in the winter. I called on Friday. The plumber was here Monday, as scheduled. He fixed the pipes quickly and showed us how to make sure they are completely drained so we don't have the problem again."
