"The owner Mike made the call. Very professional and knowledgable. This house is new to us and we were quite sure the units had never had any maintenance done on air conditioners. The house was built in 2001. When the upstairs unit stopped cooling we called Accu-Rite. Got the name from our neighbor who had used them and was very pleased. We would use them again especially when we replace units. Would highly recommend. The company doesn't advertise much as the owner wants to build his reputation on quality work for his customers and word of mouth business. He took the time to answer all our questions and never ever tried to sell us more than was necessary or appropriate.

"Great experience. Gary, the estimator showed up on time, evaluated the existing upstairs AC, and gave me two options to replace the evaporator coil and outside condenser with firm prices. Included in the estimates was also addition work I requested. All of the work was done the following Monday. The new unit is 2.0 SEER2 better than the old unit. Bradham Brothers included a new programmable thermostat with WiFi access. They also provided two new CO2 detectors. The county inspector was pleased with their work. All total, Bradham Brothers exceeded my expectations."

"I met the owner, who came on short notice when a company doing conversion of our water heater to natural gas did something that ‘shorted out’ our AC.  I was so impressed with their service that we signed a continuing maintenance agreement.  They come out twice a year to check out your heating and cooling system to head off any potential problems.  They haven’t tried to upsell us anything upon their inspections, they did find a ‘switch’ that was going bad and replaced it this past spring.  They didn’t say we HAD to have it replaced but that it might not make it through the summer; so we did have it replaced. It cost around $80."

The service fee for just coming out to troubleshoot was inexpensive, which was greatly appreciated. For the installation of my water heater, their rates were competitive with other plumbers in the area. The service tech (Fletcher) was knowledgeable and explained everything in detailed. He was also patient while I asked him loads of questions, and he offered me lots of options for units and how he could install them to fit our tight closet. "The owner Mike was able to come into our house and diagnose a complex environment problem that was causing our heater to run continuously.  (This problem was not solved by several other HVAC contractors)  During Mike's analysis, he performed the standard maintenance routines to validate the HVAC unit was operating properly.  From there, he looked into what other conditions existed into the house that were causing the unit to not sufficiently heat the house.  After a thorough analysis, he was able to then install the home air quality devices onto our existing HVAC unit to dramatically improve our indoor air quality.  With these additional components, we have been able to control our indoor humidity and provide fresh air ventilation automatically.  All of this was set up on an internet capable control module so we can control the entire system from a smartphone.  As a result, the HVAC does not run continuously to heat the house, and now operates very efficiently.

 Mike has been incredibly responsive in the time that we have worked with him.  He has responded to calls, email, and texts very quickly.  His initial service call was on a Sunday afternoon and we have also completed a facetime conversation as part of the diagnosis.  After the initial installation, we had an issue with the equipment itself.  Mike quickly responded, worked with his supplier, and they resolved the issues through the product warranty in the matter of a day. Through the entire process, he has taken a lot of time to completely explain to me what was happening and provided detailed recommendations.  His level of customer service, responsiveness, and communication has been outstanding.
