"Our main line was backing up often. Hydro Physics was able to get me an appointment the next day to camera the line. John explained everything thoroughly. There was no breakage, only roots so he reccomended a root killer and applied it right away. The pricing was VERY reasonable. Hydro Physics has my busness forever!"

"LJ describe the needed repair and how he would approach the leak. He was very clean and professional in this project and we have confidence that he not only knew what he was doing but repaired the line, cleaned up the area and billed us for the amount we agreed upon prior to the work being completed."

"We had clogged kitchen sink and Andre indicated he could have a plumber to our house later that morning. Anthony showed up, I provided the appropriate information and he immediately went to work. He was friendly and professional and was able to fix the problem. Anthony and Andre both provided suggestions on avoiding clogged drain lines in the future. I would absolutely recommend Sewer Surgeon and they will be my first call if/when I run into any plumbing needs in the future."

"They were responsive. Texted me back immediately and when they missed my call they called me. They scheduled an appointment the next day and completed the repair in a timely fashion. The plumber that came out was respectful and clean cut and completed the job quickly with no problems. I love to support locally owned companies and since this company is only been in operation for about 2 years I would highly recommend them to any other customer in the area that might need plumbing work -- I live in Leawood Kansas."

"Damion was very helpful in checking out a slow drain, and really put our minds at ease."

"They came up with a creative idea to repair/replace the gas line that runs to our outdoor kitchen. The price was very competitive. They were prompt, completed the job as promised and verified the leak was addressed. The only thing that prevented a 5 Star review was the post project cleanup. It was raining so I’m certain that affected that part of the project."

"Excellent. Matt improved our cracked line with new pipe and a better clean out for future incidents. Fingers crossed that doesn’t happen."

"Kc Flow Heroes replaced my sewer main after I had tree roots and old rusted out cast iron pipe. They were honest and the work was done quickly. Very clean and courteous. They used a technique called pipe lining and didnt even dig up my yard simply put a hole in the basement lined the sewer all the way to the city main. Thank you Kc Flow Heroes!"

"They responded to my drain backup in the basement in less than 2 hours of my phone call. Very satisfied!"
