"They did a great job installing my new water heater. During the quotation they were very nice and helpful with suggestions and things to look out for. Then, they picked it up from Home Depot, completed the install, cleaned up, and even looked at another issue I had during the same visit. They were very nice throughout. Highly recommend."

"They SAVED me $ 3,000. If you need help with a Tankless Water Heater - LOOK NO FURTHER! I had issues with my water heater b/c the temperature could not go above 100 degrees. My first plumber told me that i needed a new circuit board or a new water heater. The second plumber wanted to charge me $ 325 for a diagnosis. I found Affinity Plumbing on Angies List. They came over and was able to fix the issue with my temperature in about 30 minutes, saving me at least $ 600 for a new circuit board or $ 3,000 + for a new water heater as the other plumbers advised. They have REAL EXPERTISE in Tankless Water Heaters and are honest and professional. They are my NEW PLUMBERS! They deserve an A+"

"Kris Aylor from 1-800-Plumber of Pearland is the technician who did the work replacing my water heater tank. He is very detailed and did excellent work completing the work within 3-4 hours. He also fixed other three plumbing issues I had not related to the water heater. I was very happy with the way he took care of my plumbing issues. I also found the cost with 1-800-Plumber much lower than other major plumbing company who gave me their free estimate. Kris also gave me a one year free Home Guard membership worth $199 for annual inspection and maintenance of AC, Heater, water heater and other plumbing related items. I will definitely use 1-800-Plumber for any future plumbing issues I may have."

"Major leak under the slab of an older home ($40 a day in water leaking). They did a partial repipe to solve the issue without breaking the bank and also replaced a 19 year old water heater. "The plumber they sent out was great. No complaints. We paid top dollar for two new toilets, both to be installed. The water wasn't on most of the time because of leaks in the piping. We discovered a broken/leaking toilet subsequent to the installation. The company refuses to honor or provide any warranty / guarantee. We spent thousands of dollars with this company... to refuse to repair/replace a defective toilet is just the type of service no one wants."
