"We had two great guys from West Shore, Weston and Dylan, come to install a new front door in April 2025. First of all, they were great to work with—pleasant, professional, friendly—just great to work with. They made sure my husband and I both knew what to expect as they worked on the door and encouraged us to ask questions as need be. They also worked well together and did amazing work on our project. It was very sturdy, worked well and looked incredible. Weston and Dylan were so supportive of the bold color choice we made, yellow, and said they thought it looked really good. They meant it too. They were great as neighbors came by to see the new door too! Everyone really liked it! Good PR for the company. He listened to what we wanted, made some suggestions, and quoted us a very reasonable price. If you're like me, jaw on the floor after hearing estimates from the "big" companies/chains, call Greg...he is reasonable. The previous homeowner was a "DIY" enthusiast, but not very good at it. We fully expected Greg to run into some problems, and he did, but he took them in stride and rectified the situation(s) CORRECTLY. The installation team was very pleasant, polite, effiicient with their timing, installing, explaining, and courteous. Our heater went out over the New Year, and we were without heat for 3 1/2 days.
