Just received the sink through mail order, ordered a new counter top for it and will let Al's Plumbing know when the sink is ready to hook up (included in the original price for the job). My preferred drywall repair, texturing and painting company "Success Painting" performed the drywall and paint work after the new plumbing was in place. Overall, extremely pleased with everyone's work and the end result."

Once I agreed to have the water heater replaced, the inspectors left and indicated that the install technicians would be over to perform the work.
