He took the time to carefully explain everything he was doing and why. When he finished replacing my hot water heater drainage port he showed me the old part, corroded and full of sediment.Most remarkably, he spotted the problem of excessively high water pressure...something no plumber in twenty years had brought to my attention. Before he installed the valve he showed me the reading on the gauge he used to measure the pressure.He even took time to caulk a bathtub to prevent water damage. Everything he did was done with the highest level of professionalism. Mr. McCabe worked neatly and quickly, obviously knowledgeable about plumbing.
