Despite multiple attempts to resolve this issue, I have yet to receive the promised refund for work that was never completed. As a cancer survivor undergoing surveillance scans, the refund would greatly assist in covering my medical expenses. The lack of response and follow-through has added unnecessary stress during an already difficult time. In addition to this, I had to hire a lawyer to recover my down payment, which cost me additional money. Moreover, he did not offer to compensate me for the extra expenses, including hiring an electrician to install a wire for the heat pump he could not install. Despite repeated attempts to have the deposit returned, I finally received it after engaging legal assistance. I hope this review will encourage McGinley & Sons to address this matter promptly and fairly."

"Mr. Ferrell first connected his computer to my computer via internet and worked for quite a few hours trying to determine what exactly was wrong. The next day he continued working from his computer for several hours. He determined he would have to have my desktop tower to complete the repair. He and my son met in Huntsville to exchange the tower. He then cleaned up a lot of what was wrong and reloaded Windows 10. He deleted the D: drive which had way too much memory allotted to it. The tower was returned and I plugged it all back together and it is working better than it did when I first purchased it. I would use him again and I recommend him highly to anyone needing computer updating and/or repair. His work is warrantied and he is very personable, knowledgeable, and helpful."

Arrived 20 minutes earlier than scheduled and diagnosed and repaired furnace within a half hour. Everything up and running quickly and totally satisfied with the service. "I had a lot of additional cost. It ended up at $1500. They only cleaned three, for the big deal. And then, I had a thing that they put in to make sure that the air stays clean. They said I had a humidifier on my furnace and they said that it had to come off. And then, they said you can get a much better one and then they kind of disappeared and they didn't talk about it or really sit down and have a conversation with me. I'm not even sure why they had to take it off or what they did."

What he told me over the phone fixed the problem and saved me a service call. You don't get people like this today. He could have taken advantage of this situation and come out for a service call.
