"Fantastic! The first task was to clear out my dryer vent on the roof from lent that was clogging it up. I had an appliance repair man come and fix the dryer that burned up because the lint trap was clogged but he wouldn't clear the lint trap so I still couldn't use the dryer. Ulysses did that for me and then my list just kept growing. He fixef my spare bathroom toilet that was broken, he fixed an electrical outlet that wasn't working, he changed my sink faucet, he regrouted my floors, he installed a hook for my daughter's silks, he replaced my baseboards the cats had destroyed and several other thanks too many to name. I'm so sad he moved but I'm making a new list hoping he'll make his way back down. I'm a single mom and it's so hard to find somebody you can trust and who can fix so many things. I'm really grateful for all the work that he was able to do for me."

"The service call was placed on 12/10; vendor callled same day but was unable to respond until 12/14. He was prompt and declared the faucet was unreparable.. I asked if he could not try to repair but he said he cold not do that because if it din'fix the problem he could not replace the faucet. He stated that the replacement would not be exact but similar. My faucet had separaate lever for turn on/off but he said the replacement would probably be part of the sprout. We did not really appreciate this but he offered no probable favorable solution.. Not happy with response time but realize a close to weekend call caused this. Did not appreciate not even attempting repair."

"Juan Carlos and his team did a great job repairing our ceiling. They had to go through three layers of concrete board and drywall on our old house (1925) and the repair looks wonderful. They fixed the ceilings and walls with cracks in 5 different places and then painted. They were courteous and professional. I would hire them again. (Note: some of the attached photos show before the paint. After paint, it blends with the ceiling and walls much better.)"
