The owner offered me to replace the Freon for free if I wanted to wait until the end of the Summer. I opted for the work to be addressed quickly and a technician was at the house early the next day to conducted a test. I was given two solutions to repair the leak or replace the unit. I selected the replacement of a new unit which was completed quickly. The technicians that replaced the unit were professional and performed a quality installation with great care . Gave estimates, did the work, he cleaned the coils and changed the outer pipes and installed a thermostat, was working when he left, but additional problems occurred, he answered the phone immediately when I called and return next day and resolved the problem completely, even going beyond his obligations by diagnosing and resolving the plumbing issue that was part of the reason of the problem.
