"Did a great job leveling my walkway to front door and where it attaches to driveway. My worker even left me a couple tubes to chalk other cracks! Expensive though."

"A timely and efficiency job has been done. Near Me Roofing Company has good knowledge about roof, brought quite a few samples along with him and explained throughfully. After the explaination it is much easier to know what you need. The job took one day. The crew cleaned up pretty nicely and even cleaned my neighbor's driveway. Overall, it is a nice and smooth experience, and I will recommand in the future."

"We were in the process of selling our home and needed to have the foundation fixed before the sale was able to go through. We worked with Roman the whole time, he was quick to come see the issue and was very responsive on our emails. I felt that RPM gave us a good price as we did have 3 other company's bid on the job and they matched the other companies prices. They ordered the supplies (which was the longest part) and as soon as they received them they came out and completed the job within our tight time frame (hugely appreciated!!!). The foundation looked great and the work even came with a 30 year warranty which isn't needed for us since we sold the property but made the new buyers very happy. We will be calling RPM again in the future if we need any concrete or foundation help. Totally recommend!"

"Sia and his crew did an excellent job replacing an old asphalt driveway with concrete. Also made sure it was level with the garage floor and level with pavers that were next to driveway. Excellent communication throughout. Even worked on the weekend to make sure they could get the job done while weather was good. Would definitely recommend!"

"My Patio concrete slab had cracked in the 1995 earthquake and had gradually settled over the years. We wanted to tile the area but with the uneven slab (ranging from +1/4" to +7/8") we needed to get the slab leveled and stabilized. This was the first time that I had contemplated using a foam injection method for stabilization and leveling. Slabjack Geothechnical (Andrew) was professional, technically competent (I am an engineer) and exuded confidence (they have an impressive video display of a variety of successful projects) and most importantly - they have excellent reviews! Jamie came out and got the entire area (with it's multiple cracks) leveled! Kudos too to the owner Jerry, and Manager Ann, who were courteous, patient, and did not hustle me into making a hurried decision. Thank you to all of them."

"The Slabjack NW crew was very efficient and professional. They took a look at the job when they got on site, described what they could and could not do, and got right to work. Once they were done, everything was cleaned up and the holes we patched. Only way I can tell they were even there is that my concrete patio slabs are now level with one another!"

FAQs for concrete injection leveling mudjacking projects in Kenmore, WA

Mudjacking and foam jacking differ significantly in both materials and methods. Mudjacking uses a cement-based slurry to fill voids beneath a slab, while foam jacking uses expanding polyurethane foam delivered under high pressure to achieve superior structural support. This material distinction enhances load-bearing strength and overall stability in your repair.

Mudjacking takes between one and three days to dry completely. During this time, it's important to avoid putting weight on the slab until it's fully cured. The drying time depends on the project size and environmental conditions. In contrast, polyurethane foam used in foam jacking can cure in as little as one hour.

No, mudjacking is not a permanent fix for sinking concrete. While it effectively lifts the slab and can last five to 10 years, it doesn't address underlying soil issues that may cause future sinking. For a more permanent solution, you might consider foam jacking or complete slab replacement, which can address deeper structural problems.
