Steven, Johnny and Chris were very personable and professional. They were extremely disappointed when they were unable to hit the estimate due to the concrete being difficult to jack hammer, but they came back and worked hard and got it finished. They were as clean as one can be when dealing with concrete and drywall. Very considerate about our property as a whole and walked me through their progress every day. Would recommend."

"This was a major project.  Things went well  from start to finish considering the scope of the project.  I met Tom Pulley when he came and looked over what I was wanting done.  Tom was knowledgeable and to the point.  We received the estimate and agreed to have his company perform the work.  This was a three stage job; tear down and replace the chimney, replace the shingles and finally, replace the gutters and any gutter boards that needed replacing.  Tom was always available to answer any questions during the project.  When the work was complete, Tom came and addressed any issues.  He wanted to make sure that we were satisfied, and we were.  I would recommend Indianapolis Contracting. <br />"

"What they do is, if you have a basement or a garage (in our case, a garage wall) that's underground that looks like it's starting to cave in, they drill holes in the wall and put these big plates on the inside and then put in a big rod through. And they did hole on the outside, about five feet deep, and put plate out there and then tightens those up so that it pulls up the wall back into place. It anchors the wall. The quality of the work was very good and pricing was good. Friendliness of the guys and professionalism was good as well. The only difficulty we had was sometimes in terms of scheduling; we had a big blizzard on then day they were originally scheduled to do that and obviously we didn't expect them to do it that day, but they didn't call which might be okay because the mayor even told people not to go to work. That was on a Wednesday, but we didn't hear anything even on Thursday and Friday or even the following week. They called about three in the afternoon on Thursday the week after that and said they were going to do it the next day, which made it a little difficult in terms of making sure we had somebody here except for the fact that this was between Christmas and New Year's and that was the only reason we made it. It wasn't a major problem, but I would have just wanted them to be a little more proactive in terms of scheduling."
