"Remodeling work cause leakages in the gas lines. I made an appointment with the scheduler BUT Michael Bonsby called me to understand the problem and to explain/assure me that they would ensure a thorough check on the gas line/safety. Mark the specialist spent a good couple hours going through every corner of the gas/water lines and sent me a written report. And he spent time explaining the technical aspects so now I know how to maintain the system. Strongly recommend them for service. Good value to price. Peace of mind!"

"Charged $395 to install a refrigerator water line and remove an old saddle valve. We were getting low pressure from our existing fridge line, so I called to have the line and saddle valve replaced. Saddle valves are prohibited in the 2015 International Plumbing Code [Article 605.9] (adopted by Maryland), so I asked to have the existing one cut out and replaced with copper, then install a new ball valve on an existing copper line that is already closer to the the fridge anyway. Unfortunately Akeem either didn't hear or didn't understand the instructions properly, because after removing the old saddle valve he just put another one back in. I'm not sure why he even has them in his truck to be honest, since their use has been prohibited for several years. Anyway, after explaining again what I had been expecting he took it out and put in a ball valve. The finished work was of good quality. However given the misunderstanding about the job requested, apparent lack of knowledge concerning the Plumbing Code, and what I feel was a very high price for what amounted to about an hour's labor and maybe $25 in parts, I can't say I would use this plumber again."

"They were on time, efficient and courteous. They also patiently explained my new system to me. Moreover, they were substantially cheaper than Baltimore, Gas and Electric. I would definitely use them again."

"Our tank water heater stopped working during the COVID-19 shutdown, and we decided to have it replaced with a tankless heater. Tankless Concepts responded within minutes to a voicemail left on Saturday, and a detailed quote was provided based on an extensive phone conversation and photos that I provided, including discussion of anything that could arise unexpectedly. The installers arrived on Monday, and the system was installed exactly according to plan, with the job completed in less than 5 hours. They arranged upgrade of the gas meter with Washington Gas (on the same day), removed and disposed of the old tank, arranged for utility rebates, and provided forms to apply for tax credits. The installation was done "contactless" during this pandemic. Everybody was highly responsive and professional."

"This level of service is what I have come to expect from UNEEDA. I have had them install new plumbing and gas hook ups for my kitchen remodel, installation of a laundry tub and faucet, connecting a new gas line and gas log when I converted my fireplace from wood to gas. I use them whenever I have a plumbing installation or repair. They have always performed excellent work with top quality components and reasonable prices. You may be able to find a company that will do work for less money, but they will not be able to match the quality or professionalism I have found with UNEEDA. <br />"
