"I called and Schmitty's told me they could have someone there at 8 AM the next day. They called the next morning and confirmed that the repair team was on its way and two members of Schmitty's staff arrived shortly thereafter, showing up a few minutes earlier than the scheduled time. They were courteous and efficient, and soon had the problem valve apart. It was an older design (40 year old house) and not the brand of valve I'd suggested when I'd called them so they had to go out to obtain the necessary replacement part but they were back soon and the installation went very quickly. The valve works fine now and I'm happy."

"I was contacted almost immediately after requesting help with fixing a leaky bathroom sink faucet. They come by the next day and provided multiple quotes; the faucet itself was too old and corroded to fix, so it needed replacement. They offered to replace the sink too, which to be honest it needed replacing, it was pretty rusted and being the same one installed when the house was built in 1989. We decided to replace the entire fixture and Jake was able to get it done that same day. Very polite and professional, and he offered to replace our busted toilet seat in the same bathroom for free as well (I had not mentioned it prior to him arriving at the house, so wasn't expecting any work elsewhere in the bathroom to be done). "The two men who came to our home took off their shoes when they entered. Very polite & professional. Gave an guestament after looking at our problem of our faucet that had been leaking in the master bedroom. A valve behind the shower needed to be replaced so they got right on it. Our slide bar part was broken they had a new one and replaced it. We paid only for the part. Great job Looks very nice. They cleaned up after them self. Went thru showing it was working No leaks. They were thorough, informative and professional and worked to get me the best possible deal when my failed water heater turned into discovering my 97 year old house needed the original pipes replaced. Had they not done a thorough inspection when coming out for the water heater I would have never known. They were in the condition they were in.
