"Upon receiving my bill I was charged for several things they did not do adding up to almost $100. Although it not much it adds up. Very disciplined I feel like they took advantage of the situation billed me for moving the washer which I did myself because the supervision that was out here sat in his car for 27 minutes talking on the phone with other clients. He also kept calling my insurance to get approval to remove the mold when I clearly told him I did not want their company to do it. He called several times without my knowledge."

"Travis was excellent. Very professional. He went into the attic to see where the leak is coming from, before giving estimate on repairing the assumed mold in the wall/ceiling intersection . Unlike others, who gave astronomic estimate without even looking . Their estimates didn’t include repair/replacement work that had to be done on the flex duct. "I wanted to write about our experiences with Cedrick Jones and Gold Star Adjusters. Our insurance company was planning to not pay us for major damage we sustained during a wind storm that hit our house around Feb 2020. Even though water came into the house and was inside the wall, they told us that the damages were only worth about $2K or so and that it would be a cheap fix and the amount conveniently was below our deductible threshold. Mr. Jones was able to force the insurance company to pay out more than enough money for us to hire professionals to come out and rebuild most of the interior and some of the exterior wall where the water was coming from. If it wasn't for him, we would have been on the hook for several thousands of dollars worth of repairs. Mr. Jones also took the time to look over our insurance policy to make sure that they hadn't hidden high deductibles on other items on our policy to prevent any future surprises. I wanted to let you know that Mr. Jones handled everything above and beyond the normal level of care and professionalism one would expect from an adjuster. He spent several hours at our home ensuring that any and all damages were fully accounted for and held the insurance company accountable for payment of the damage claims."
