AN OIL CHANGE ALSO INCLUDES MANY CHECKS OF THE ENGINE SUCH AS BELTS AND HOSES. THE COST OF THE SERVICE WAS LESS THAN ESTIMATED."

"Ryan did a fantastic job roughing in my post frame building for a bathroom and running a gas line extension from my house. The project had a small window to get the work done, making scheduling a plumber difficult. Citywide arrived on time and provided a professional service and product, rolling with changes that popped up during the build. "I just wrapped up a small bathroom remodel and I could not have done it without the expertise and advice of Scott. I used Scott for 3 separate stages of the renovation that included cutting and capping the copper pipes after the room was gutted. He also moved the copper pipes a little and added new tubing where it was needed. He also prepared the drain and and sink pipes so I could change to a pedestal sink. The next visit he brought his brother to help install the bathtub and finally his nephew to install the toilet and pedestal sink and connect the water. I was glad to meet so many of his family members. Because I was doing this work myself in stages and slowly over a fairly long period of time, it made sense to pay for each section of the work as I went. I am so thrilled to finally have it done. Here is what you need to know about Scott: he is extremely skillful, arrives on time, fit me into the schedule in a timely fashion, returns phone calls, is a straight shooter, very competitively priced and is just a really great guy. It is easy to have him in your home working and he was nice to the dogs and cats too! Scott is in high demand because he is so professional, works fast but is also a perfectionist and wants to get things right for you. He never complained once or said that anything was too difficult. He seems to enjoy a challenge and he was very supportive of the effort I invested in this project. "They cut the wall very carefully to access the pipes and installed an exact replacement unit.  This solved the leaking fixture problem and the frozen vavle in the wall.  We avoided having to re-tile the shower. <br /> Clean-up was very good including covering the hole in the wall and allowing  future access. <br /> Dudah is my go-to plumber for all our plumbing problems. <br /> <br />"

"In the midst of the excessive heat warning, of course our A/C went kapoot. I called Air Flow Mechanical, since I had used them in the past for our furnace. They had a technician out in just a few hours and had us up and running in about 30 minutes. We thought it was the freon, but it was the capacitator I believe. He did check our freon and said we were just fine and that the unit itself looked very clean. In hearing of horror stories recently about HVAC companies taking advantage of consumers by charging them for freon that wasn't needed, it was reassuring that he checked it, but was very honest about it. You just can't put a price on that! I truly appreciate the honesty, integrity and quick response these guys offer, and they are very affordable. They have earned my full trust and will continue to call upon Air Flow Mechanical for all our future HVAC needs."

"I spoke with Jim on the phone and he was very informative and friendly. He was able to send (Evan?), out the same day to take a look. Evan was able to determine very quickly the plumbing to the sink was satisfactory and the issue was more than likely the faucet. He offered to take a look at for me but I said I could take it from there. He gave me a few quick tips, such as cleaning/replacing the regulator. Unfortunately, the $5 fix didn't work but I was able to determine the water pressure to the faucet head was satisfactory. I will need to replace the faucet itself. He did not charge me for the trip out. Excellent customer service!"

"Tonna sent a professional to my home to install a Water Softener and a Reverse Osmosis Water System. Both are from Hellenbrand name. The staff, Clint, had advised us about the effectiveness of a Water Softener and a Reverse Osmosis Water System before we ordered the systems. Both installations worked as scheduled and after installation, the staff advised us how to use the system more effectively. The prices were reasonable. Would hire again. In fact, our Water Heater was also installed by Tonna."

"The man from Marsh Heating and Air/Conditioning who came to put in the new A/C for my town home in Inver Grove Heights was a first-rate pro. He was expert -- I expect that -- but more, he was very courteous and concerned for his customer service. He clearly wanted to win me over as a repeat customer for Marsh. He did that. Most service-people don't understand that building a friendly, trusting relationship with the customer is all-important. This man did. (He was about 50, friendly and articulate, very sharp. He really knew his job.) I will use Marsh again for any heating and A/C need I have Thank you, Pat"
