Travis gave me a fair estimate in June. He came back when I was ready in October and honored the estimate. He did a great job and he was respectful and professional. Just a nice guy. Gen3 is expensive, but they came in cheaper than the other company I got an estimate from, and the scope of work that Travis outlined seemed fairer than the other company's. I trust them.
