"Shortly after the initial contact, Mr. Will Williamson was performing an estimate and we discussed how to best accomplish the job - which was a to paint the whole exterior of my 2-story colonial and do some minor wood siding and window repair. After approval, the Top Gun team was on site within a day, doing preparation for the next day when painting began. The Top Gun Team was staffed by seasoned professionals and the results show it. They were responsive to our needs and committed to doing a great job. We are very pleased with quality of the job and the quality of the people working for Top Gun. If we need another painting job in the Richmond area, I will call Will Williamson and the Top Gun Team."

"I am so glad I selected Professional Home Services. Mike and his crew conduct themselves in a professional manner from beginning to the end. They really know their stuff when it comes to roofing and other home repairs. After replacing my roof almost a year later I had another issue, my gutter fell due to a snow storm. I called Mike and he was there to help in no time. The quality of the work was very impressive. When it came to being prompt, honestly and professionalism, I could have not choose a better contractor. Deborah B."

"He fished cable through the walls and crawl space and installed railing in the garage.  Cleaned up all drywall and made it all look like it was built with the home.  Arrived on time and was done within two hours.  Reinstalled all of the insulation and ensure everything was secured. <br /> Great job and will use his services again. <br />"

"The best thing about the service was the time that Justin took to educate me. He explained the exact nature of the painting process and helped me make sure that I got what I wanted. His crew was conscientious and hard working. They kept their work site, my house, neat and clean; they were on time and were respectful of my wife and children. Justin got the job done on time and on budget, including absorbing a cost overrun. Justin Slocum is an honest and forthright business man and I recommend him to all of my friends. By the way, the house looks Great!"

"Great team. They kept us informed each step of the project through email or by phone. They were punctual for each appointment and very professional. During the cupboard painting process, they took great pains masking of parts of the kitchen and the doorway. No paint went where it was not supposed to go. They cleaned everything up as well. Our kitchen looks like new and we are really pleased."

"BNW builders work was top notch. They provided quick turn around on quote and scheduling. They accomplished all work ahead of promised schedule even after we added a request(new back sliding door) right before work start. We could not be happier. Would definitely recommend and hire again!!"

"The plumber was on time, cleaned up behind himself, fixed the problem (leak) and gave suggestions. I don't have a lot of experience with plumbers but I suppose the price was reasonable. I was very pleased with the service provided and his professionalism. I will most likely be contacting them for drywall repair in the near future."

FAQs for major home repair (general contractor) projects in King William, VA

In many cases, it’s much less expensive to convert a bus than to buy an RV, especially if you’re considering a newer RV model, which can exceed $100,000.

Another huge benefit of school bus conversion is that you are in control of the renovation project. You get to pick your camper's new layout and all the appliances and furniture.

While school buses can easily cost $300,000 when they're new, you can often find used buses for just a few thousand dollars. These vehicles experience extreme depreciation due to government regulations; they can only be used for so long before they must be replaced. Due to those same regulations, other government agencies cannot purchase them for their own uses, so the consumer market is the only place they can go.

The length of time it takes to convert a bus depends on the scope of the project (and size of the bus), how much work is DIY vs. done by a professional contractor, and how much work you’re doing up front.

In general, expect at least a couple of months for a conversion, but larger conversions could take six months to a year. Remember: You can tackle projects as you go: Get the basic work done so that it’s livable, and then continue to enhance your living space over time.
