"I am now on their maintenance program. I pay a reasonable yearly fee and they come to me like clockwork. I am called a day or two before. They give me a 3 hour time frame and they show up right on time. It takes maybe 5 minutes for them to add the salt fix the timer test the water. The last person that came was Joey who is friendly, courteous and knowledgeable. So are all their other employee. They are great to work with."

Jose performed the task and from his initial contact (when he provided an estimate and follow-ups) to completion of the job, he was very professional. He showed up on time, worked efficiently, quickly, knew what he was doing, and cleaned up afterwards. The installation was very neatly done. I was also very pleased that he was PPE compliant. "I was very happy with my service call today! The repairman, Scott, was knowledgeable and pleasant and wore a mask and gloves throughout., so I felt safe, despite the pandemic. He serviced both of my central air systems and diagnosed the problem with the malfunctioning one and fixed it. By the time he left my house was already a much more pleasant place to be!"
