"On time, explained what service he did and condition of my units."

"Tech had to be reminded to perform some of the services...cleaning unit. Access to outside is difficult. Tech said they didn't really need to go there, but we insisted. Tech acted more like a salesman than service man."

"Great customer service! tech arrived on time when scheduled. Work was performed in a timely manor and very thoroughly. Would recommend this company to anyone in need of these services."

"very professional service and completed in a timely manner"

"Arthur is very well informed, he is thorough and very personable! Definitely he is one of the best service person we had in our home, he is professional and easy to work with. He is very knowledgeable, and was able to efficiently answer all of our concerns. Arthur did a terrific job, our A/C broke on one of those hot Atlanta summer days, but due to his proficient skills our A/C was back in service in less than a day. We will definitely request his services again when needed, exceptional service!"

"Excellent service and excellent results!!!"

"This is an excellent company to work with. They were able to install our units on the day we needed for a reasonable price. Their installers were professional and punctual. Would recommend."

"The blower on the furnace stopped working.  The technician showed up on time, wore surgical booties over his shoes (to prevent tracking dirt into the house), and successfully diagnosed and replaced the bad capacitor.  I asked him why the unit was turning on and off frequently and after some further inspection he explained it was because there was not sufficient return air coming to the unit causing the furnace to over heat (due to low air flow), turns off, cools down, then turns back on again repeating the cycle.  He recommended a couple simple solutions that I could do myself (if I felt comfortable).  Nice guy - friendly, professional, knowledgable, and didn't try to gouge me for every penny.

"Service was supposed to be provided in the late morning, early afternoon.  Ameriserv did a poor job of keeping my husband informed of their status and schedule, then let him know they would have to cancel.  We finally performed the work for ourselves.
