"Fantastic experience!! Chris the owner came to my house and talked me out of overspending for a unit that I really didn’t need and wouldn’t benefit me. Phenomenal customer service. They repaired my outdoor spigot and did a minor repair inside and it was fast and efficient!! if you could give 20 stars, I would give you a 25 star rating! I will definitely use them again. In fact, I’m going to call tomorrow to send you guys to my mother in laws. Keep up the great work fellas!!"

"Jim installed a tankless combination boiler/hot water heater on October 30, 2023; he committed to a follow up service call after 12 months, I have been trying to reach Jim since last Oct and he has not returned my calls, now the system needs cleaning and a fix for the hot water supply temp which keeps fluctuating in temp."
