"I was devastated to discuss mold in my new home.  Subsequent to moving into my new home I began getting ill and suffered severe breathing issues.  I then suffered a severe Asthma attack which required medical attention and the use of a nebulizer to assist with breathing.  I am, as are a lot of people, highly allergic to mold which is a toxin that left untreated, can make you sick as well as cause damages to your home. <br /> Prior to meeting with this company, I contacted the department of agriculture to get a better understanding of mold, the chemicals approved as well as the names of the  companies approved to perform mold remediation.  Kevin Rollins with Ace's Mold Proof division visited my home, performed the appropriate moisture level tests and engaged an independent third party to test the mold.  One test had already been performed by another party.  Mr. Rollins made the proposal to clean the mold pursuant to the department of agriculture guidelines.  He explained the entire process to me in terms that I could easily understand and suggested I consider sealing the crawl space walls, floor joist and sub flooring.  Again, he explained this entire process to me as well as it's benefits.  I was almost hysterical and Mr. Rollins was so kind and compassionate.  Furthermore, he is extremely knowledgeable and professional.  He is not your typical sales person but is someone that cares about you, your well being and the well being of your home, your investment.  He takes the time necessary to educate you and afforded me the opportunity to do my own research.  I have to say this company did an EXCEPTIONAL job and performed each process just as Mr. Rollins had explained.  After each rain, Mr. Rollins continues to visit my home and monitor the amount of water infiltrating into my crawl space.  This company has provided this as a service and has not charged me one dime for the additional visit. This companies provided excellent workmanship as well as a warranty.  I am recommending this company to everyone I know. <br />"

"They did a good job. It took them about an hour. There was a lot of larvae of whatever its called. They removed the top two or three inches and they sprayed it very good. They had a very large box fan that they put some sort of air purifier on it. They left that on there for 24 hours and it smelled good. All in all, we were pleased with their work, the amount of time it took and the two guys were very nice. I would use them again if I do need them."

"I have some level of disappointment because Acculevel was unable to lift the patio back to its original position. That being said, I think the challenges they encountered would have been encountered by anyone else, and some of the other one-man mudjacking operations who wanted to use buckets or wheelbarrows to carry slurry back to my patio probably would have given up earlier. I chose Acculevel because they use foam instead of slurry (which should last much longer), they had a 300 foot hose solving problems with access to the backyard (I live on a steep slope with retaining walls), and I had more confidence selecting them compared to independent one-man operations who do mudjacking. Their price wasn't the highest bid I received but it wasn't the lowest. I thought it was fair given the foam is a higher quality product. The crew actually arrived an hour early, which actually wasn't ideal but not a big deal (a call would have been nice). They worked hard and I suspect they were there much longer than they had originally envisioned. They did a nice job sealing all cracks when they were done with a high-quality crack filler which most of the mudjacking guys told me they don't do. The good crack filler can be messy and difficult to work with so this was a nice little bonus. Although they couldn't get the patio back to where it was, they worked hard to do the best they could without risking damage to the retaining wall. At least with the foam they use, I have confidence it won't sink anymore."
