"Excellent service, very fast response to my request for service, picked up laptop, diagnosed issues. Initially thought it was an OS update issue but the hard drive had failed along with other components (including 'CPU). Because other components were involved, a new solid state hard drive was put into a laptop with a working processor - same type CPU as in the failed unit. The laptop was repaired and returned in less than a week. This company picked up and dropped off the laptop (driving from Huntsville, AL (about 60-70 minutes)-- great service in this covid environment. "CHW was very responsive to our urgent need! We filed a claim the evening prior when we notices our A/C was blowing warm air into the rooms. Then by 8AM the next day, we had a call from the service technician saying he was on his way to address the issue! CHW worked with the technician to find out the compressor was the culprit and approved it's repair! Great customer service for a family in need during the hot south central Texas summer!"

"Was overall pleased with the end result, just took a bit to get it done properly. Install was pretty drawn out and long, 12+ hours when we were told it would be around 5-6 hours, granted we had excessive weather temps that day. Trash and tools were left on the grounds and in attic, system needed added repair a day later to correct air leaks from install in the attic but it was handled relatively quickly. Employees were very polite, seemed knowledgeable. I had wished someone had told me sooner about a 3rd employee who came to our property later in the day, Concerned me to see stranger walking around our yard in whom I had not been introduced to. A/C seems to be working properly now. I think with a little better communication the company would have much happier clients."
