"I got a call the same day as I purchased the deal. They were able to come over the same day which was nice. I had issues with some small space heaters blowing the main breaker which made absolutely no sense to me. It is so simple, and a lot of services that they do are priced out - you can buy them right up front. I'm not sure why other companies don't make things simple like this. They are 100% digital, too. To pay for the service, I just swiped my cart on the phone and signed. There wasn't any old paper invoices where you rip off the top copy and have this nasty looking pink paper lying around the house. They sent me a text receipt and email. As a tech worker, I thought it was cool how they used square.. it's really simple and easy."

"On 1st unit, techs added a lot of freon and cleared the blocked drain line from the blower. The continuous running on the the second unit has been a recurring problem that had been treated prior as thermostat problem. The problem has always returned after thermostat replacement. The AAA tech is the first to examine the blower thoroughly and discover a bad module as the problem. Hopefully, this will be a lasting fix."

"Jodie's original estimate did change since I also requested that a garbage disposal and new kitchen faucet be installed, as well as the redesign of the drain flow problem. I?m sure he got into more than he bargained for considering the flawed design, but he stuck to his estimate and completed the work in a very timely fashion.

"The windows arrived on time but there was six windows that arrived with half screens , which are fine for opening the bottom half of the window but opening the upper the screen does not fit well to the window and bugs just come on in... was promised replacement FULL SIZED screens NEVER happened! March24,2020 we had the final windows installed but the kitchen window screen was torn before it was even off the truck...was again promised a quick replacement . I have called repeatedly about the screens to be promised again and again to have them soon... it’s now 4 months later and STILL no screens!!! We bought top of the line windows so they’d last a long time and do enjoy fresh air in the house often but can not open the Kitchen window because of the lack of the screen!! NOT HAPPY!!!"
