"I called a different company 1st and their estimate was close to $2,000 and I didn't have confidence that they either diagnosed the problem correctly or were being honest with me.  So I called Absolute Air and spoke to Brian, the owner.  He was business like and professional so I scheduled an appointment.  He was prompt and determined the problem was something totally different than the first company and gave me an estimate of under $350.  He had to order a part so he came up with a way to temporarily deal with the leak so we could keep the A/C on since it was summer and over 100 degrees.  He called to let me know the part was in as he had promised then came out that day, did the repairs and suggested he do an extra cleaning while he had the unit taken apart which I agreed to since I now trusted him.  Overall I was very pleased and impressed with his work.  I would definitely hire him again.  It is so refreshing to find people who do business like Brian with Absolute Air Conditioning and Heating."

"I called several companies about water heater replacement and the response from this company was the best. One company promised a call back and never got it, another company seemed to be occupied with something else while talking to me, and others just didn't answer. The rep I spoke with on my initial call was polite and was able to get someone out the next day. That was great since we had no hot water! "Mr. Ferrell first connected his computer to my computer via internet and worked for quite a few hours trying to determine what exactly was wrong. The next day he continued working from his computer for several hours. He determined he would have to have my desktop tower to complete the repair. He and my son met in Huntsville to exchange the tower. He then cleaned up a lot of what was wrong and reloaded Windows 10. He deleted the D: drive which had way too much memory allotted to it. The tower was returned and I plugged it all back together and it is working better than it did when I first purchased it. I would use him again and I recommend him highly to anyone needing computer updating and/or repair. His work is warrantied and he is very personable, knowledgeable, and helpful."
