"They came out to measure and look at the surface of the tub and the tile first then provided me with the price and contract.  I scheduled the appt at at point with someone in the ofiice. All went well as planned and I'm so happy with it.  What a differnce this made in how my bathroom looks now!  it was looking old, tired and outdated - now it look clean and new!  I felt so good about it i changed the soap dish, cup holder, shower curtain and rod and the towel rods. Love it.

"The workers were prompt and professional. The tub looks great. Unfortunately, it's no longer completely smooth and there are dozens of scratchy areas, so it's not comfortable to take a bath in. The guys also did a terrible job recaulkling the tub. I had recently recaulked the tub myself, but when they resealed the tub they had to do new caulking. There are multiple spots where caulk is missing now. I called to ask them to come fix it, but while they initially agreed to send someone out, it has been several weeks and they are not answering their phone or returning calls. This is completely unprofessional and now I have to pay someone else to finish the job that they couldn't do properly. I wouldn't recommend them unless you just want he visual effect of reglazing for a quick sale."

"After doing our homework, my wife and I selected Mega Kitchen and Bath for complete remodels of our master bath and hall full bath. We could not have made a better decision as the entire process was flawless. Katherine, a Certified Interior Decorator, was so patient and helpful with our selections. Felipe, the project manager, came by almost every day. Not that he needed to, because the installers (Johnny and Grover) were courteous and extremely hard working. The project was completed on schedule and the quality of the work was such that we did not have any punch lists items once the baths were completed. I would recommend Mega Kitchen and Bath in a heartbeat. You can’t go wrong."

"Jud is the name of the founder of the company and he would be retiring shortly and would be taken over by David. They don’t have any sub-contractors and they have all their own crews for plumbing, tile installation. They gave us one on one advice for selecting tiles for our house. They gave us some ideas and also how to minimize the cost and also gave us idea as to how it would look. They have their own warehouse and showroom where we can see almost everything that they offer and installed. The same folks who are in the showroom are the same people who do installation in my house. Everyday before they left they used to make sure that there was no dust and would clean it up by themselves. They used to treat it as though it was their house. We had some other people who had done the tile installation before and they used to wash their pant in the bathroom sink and we had replaced it earlier but these are amazing and very neat. They are the only people who are suppliers as well as do installation of tiles. I would rate them high overall. They do email and also call up. I would use them again the future."

"I needed a tub replacement. Edis answered all of my questions and gave me a reasonable estimate. Project came in on budget and on time. They did a great job. Bathroom looks so much better now. I plan on using this company again."

"Everything went as according to plan but I asked the service tech how much would it be to install two (2) brackets to hold a 1 1/2 inch pipe to the inside foundation wall, and he said he had to call  his supervisor for a price. After a call to his supervisor he came back with a price of $250. I asked him was he joking and he said no. I know the brackets only cost about $1.25 a piece. The overall work was good and the technician was very professional and knowledgeable but dont think I would use them again because of the excessice price for the extra work that I inquired about.
