"The remodel was seamless, professional, timely and relatively hassle free."

"We hired skills in construction llc to build our shed. The shed was a kit. The assembly of the shed was smooth. Skills in Construction was able to give us accurate estimates of time and additional materials needed. Very helpful and friendly. Would hire again."

"Not only did Aaron (carpenter) of Home Pro Roofing do exceptional work on the many different projects around my house that I contracted for, but he came up with innovative solutions to a couple of projects that I was told by other contractors could not be fixed. I was very impressed by Aaron's resourcefulness and creative approaches to fixing what other professionals said could not be fixed, and he performed the fixes inexpensively. Additionally, Aaron constructed from scratch a beautiful and quality gate to my backyard that was very reasonably priced compared to quotes I received from a couple of professional gate builders. All the work performed was done with quality and pride and even the cleanup was thorough. Finally, not only was the original estimate from Home Pro for the various projects very reasonable, but they came in on budget (i.e., stuck with their original quote). I will be using Home Pro again."

"Overall, I thought the person that came to my home to give an estimate of the patio we wanted to build was not very professional. She came up with a sketch for the patio which did not incorporate the design ideas that I wanted. She was willing to re-sketch the design 2 times to get it right, but then seemed to get annoyed that I asked questions about the materials that were being used, the options that were available...etc. Granted she may have been having a bad week, but I expected more. Ended up going with a different contractor and glad I did because the quote I got from them was $1000 less and I loved the job they did.
Overall, I would give them a B-.

"Tony and EA roofing are great! I needed to have my roof replaced due to hail damage. Tony helped to facilitate the entire process for me and made everything as easy as can be. Their guys put on a great new roof using landmark pro materials. They were in and out in 1 day, cleaned everything up and left us with a beautiful new roof. I highly recommend EA roofing. Thanks Tony!"

"Ronnie and his crew did a great job from start to finish. Stallings was recommended to us by the tree removal company to do the emergency repairs on the house. They arrived the next day to put on a temporary roof and walls to make the house weather tight. The quality of the work led us to hire them to do the full repairs. They worked directly with the insurance company and bank which made everything much easier for us. The crews and staff were always very friendly and professional. Ronnie and his crew worked with us on changes and improvements we wanted to make. The work was high quality and completed in a timely manner and we are extremely pleased with the finished product. We highly recommend Stallings National Enterprises Inc. for all aspects of home repair and renovation."

The technician called when he was at my residence and not the 30 minutes before arrival as they promised, but he was there on time as scheduled. I asked the technician how much to replace the bottom 2 rollers and he replied $100. I didn't think this was a good or fair discount but gave my approval fearing it would cost more to hire someone else to finish the job. After the technician left, I noticed some debris from the repair behind my car. I had to sweep it up. Out of curiosity, I called JW Home Improvement on Angies List Monday (9/29) which has garage door roller replacement deal as well but for $99. I talked to manager Paul and asked him if their deal included replacement of the bottom 2 rollers of the door and he replied 'yes'.

"I am a senior with a background in construction.  After reviewing many contractors and speaking with some of them, I immediately knew I hit the jackpot when I spoke to Danny.

1.  He knew exactly what I needed and wanted done when I first spoke to him.  This entailed the replacement, repair, and installation of the items listed above with attention to quality in materials, prevention of future problems, a fair price, and a commitment to starting and showing up once the job was initiated.  Danny exceeded every expectation in these regards!
2.  I silently knew in advance manufacturers, quality and cost of exterior doors (including the french door), storm doors, door locks and deadbolts, leak-proof door sills for 6 inch exterior walls and a leak-proof barrier on the bottom of the door frames.  Without knowing of my preferences, Danny suggested the identical manufacturers and materials I had in mind.  At this juncture, we met and I hired Danny to perform the work.
3.  I am beyond pleased with the outcome of Danny's effort on this project.  As an example of his integrity, he asked me to trust him in the design and installation of an exterior octagonal window in a bathroom.  My wife and I were literally blown away with a handcrafted symmetrical waterproof tunnel and inside wall frame he created - more akin to an artistic piece than a window.
4. Inside work was always minimally invasive using tarps and soft shoes rather than work boots.  Outside and inside cleanup at the end of each work day was respectfully performed leaving no mess.
I would recommend Danny to anyone requiring any kind of interior or exterior installation, modification, or repair as I have seen firsthand examples of his experience, skills, and personal and business ethics.  In fact, Danny is presently working on costs to replace our roof."

"I found them on Angies List and the most recent review was a customer that had their fireplace bricks replaced and chimney sealed, which was the primary reason we called.  I know the first thing you want to know is that there was No sales pressure at all.
1) They came out the day after contacting them (Friday).  I received a quote via email early Saturday morning, it had each item listed and priced individually.  We decided to have all the items done and responded Saturday morning.
2) They made a second visit with brick samples, to verify that they matched the house (that same Saturday).
3) They were able to complete the work within one week of their first visit.  One day earlier then we were told to expect them to finish.
They arrived Monday and I knew it was going well, when I got home early that afternoon and the front sidewalk was raised and looked just great.  They were already cleaning the mortar off the side of the house.
The communication was great, each day they let us know what they would be working on the next day and what time we could expect them to be there.
Unlike new construction, where you want everything to look new, we did not want the work to look new.  We wanted it to blend right into our forty year old home.  The sidewalk choices were, to replace about 25 feet of sidewalk and it not match the porch apron or the driveway or we could try to raise it, with the understanding that it may workout and it might break during the attempt.  Well, I am happy to say that everything blends is so well, it looks like nothing was ever wrong.  That is exactly what we wanted.
My wife is already coming up with ideas of things for them to do.
