"Overall, this contractor did a good job. On the plus side, contact was made VERY quickly. The plumber was on time & was a GREAT communicator. The rates were reasonable & the work was done well. My drain works great & there are no leaks in the new pipes (as of this writing). Some little negatives - On the initial visit, the plumber didn't have the necessary tools to work on removing the trap. My husband did, so he was able to work on the blocked drain. A second visit was needed to replace pipe & the professionals were prompt & well prepared, but the wet towels that were used to soak up water from the pipe were left in the work area."

Both techs arrived on time and respected COVID-19 guidelines- very knowledgeable, courteous, went above and beyond with removing old furnace and installing new one. Previous company that installed our old furnace made multiple errors, but Jermaine (tech) had a great deal of patience throughout the difficult challenges in replacement (moving gas pipe, electrical wiring, vent pipes, etc.). He would keep me up to date on the process throughout the day. You'll definitely be lucky if you're scheduled with this AMAZING tech! After a week with no heat I finally have a very warm house and I'm a super happy customer!"

My standards are high. Mike wanted to wait to send his best finish carpenter, Octavio, because he was busy. The wait was worth it. The work was done with care and attention t my standards. Unlike other contractors, this time I was satisfied.
We ran into the need for a tool which Octavio did not have with him, so Mike had Octavio do a half day and return to finish with the right tool later on - the job was done right which is what mattered to me.
I do recommend MPO Builders for finish carpentry and a variety of related work and would call them again in confidence.
