Only authorized Kinetico dealer in the Peoria and Central Illinois area. Kinetico is the only water softener that does not require electricity to operate. One of the best water softeners on the market today, if not the best. Additional DBA - Superior Water Systems.

"Purchased softener for $2,600 a little over 2 years ago. We now have terrible water pressure and was told the softener was shot. Two different reps from Superior Water Systems both told me that I was sold the wrong unit, and re-told me multiple times. The rep that sold me the unit had gotten fired, and that this unit was not the correct one for my home and location. They then offered a "discount", that meant I would either pay them $190 to fix the current one so it could happen again in 2 years, $1500 for something a little better, or $3000 if I didn't want the problem to happen again. After reminding them this wasn't my fault as they sold me the wrong unit, I was told that it was my fault for being the one who chose to put it in. If you're looking for an overpriced water softener that will only last a few years and then be told its your fault, superior water systems will do a phenomenal job."
