"Bryce and Eva were fantastic. I had a pipe rupture. I was in a panic. They walked me through the most effective way to shut off the water. They didnâ t provide the service to repair everything the next day. I asked if he could repair a toilet while he was here. He graciously took care of that as well. I could not ask for more."

"Ned with Mast Plumbing has been great to work with. I?ve hired him for work at my house, which involved relocating the plumbing for my washing machine, extending and repairing some water and drain lines. Ned has also helped several of my friends and some of my clients I?ve referred to him with projects ranging from plumbing new gas lines, tankless water heater installs and installing new water mains. Ned is clearly very experienced, professional and patient. He explains the process clearly, and is honest about your best options. I highly recommend Ned with Mast Plumbing, and will continue to refer him to anyone I find in need of a quality plumber."

"My husband like the technician Mr. Roland because he explained what is wrong with our old heat pump and what need to be fixed and give us the estimate right away. We called several companies but most just want to replace and not repair."

"Always professional, kind, and never tries to sell me something we don't need or want. By far the best heating business in the State!"

"Repaired leaking main water line from water meter. Representatives evaluated, scheduled and completed the repair in about half a day."

"My water heater was leaking badly. They were there in 2 hours, and in less 3 hours later; we had a new water heater installed. Very professional and quick. Honestly it was a little more than another quote, it's a better water heater and I would have had to wait four days for an install. Very pleased. When its an emergency, you want fast quality service; which we received."

"Same service, located problem and repaired. Will definitely use this company again ."

"The plumber was very well mannered, knew his profession, and was very forthcoming on the total cost of water heater replacement."

"David arrived on time; analyzed the Water Heater situation completely; and provided several choices for a remedy discussing the merits of each but not pushing a sale. An estimate was provided; the replacement appointment was conveniently scheduled; and they arrived on time. David and Justin replaced the water heater and respected the work area leaving no trace behind. Highly recommend their work. Very cost appropriate. I also appreciate greatly the office staff's end to end service that was timely and professional. Great company with good values."

"Mr Rooter is part of a service network that can be useful when updating an older home. After reviewing the options, it made sense to join"
