He came back out and sealed all the ducts, installed an air purifier and cleaned and sanitized all the ductwork. He was polite, knowledgeable, professional and hard working. Our A/C went out at 10pm and I made one phone call to Service Star they diagnosed the issue over the phone and told me what I needed to do in order to have our unit run efficiently overnight. Our coil was leaking and unit was frozen. Since our unit was 10 years old we opted to replace the entire unit including exterior and interior with new WiFi digital thermostat. They walked us through the most energy efficient option for our home. They came out early today and installed the new unit! Talk about SERVICE! WOW! "The service went great. Darren showed up right on time and went straight to work. He explained the entire process to me and let me watch along side him. Unfortunately the dryer vent was very clogged. The last part of the service includes going on the roof and cleaning out the vent cap. This includes a video with audio illustrating the vent being completely freed of debris. The dryer is now in great working order again. Would definitely recommend Fresh Air Services."

Never try and sell me on anything I don't need or want and perform the service quickly and efficiently. The technician went above and beyond today by fixing a leak with my blower unit. He cleaned out my drainage pipe inside the unit that was clogged and instead of a big ticket fix (that I was afraid of) he got it working again. No leak!. He also found a screw to fit the corner of the blower unit that had come out a few months ago and reattached it.
