"I got 3 estimates to replace my entire A/C system along with the duct work. Chose Surgi's due to the good rating. I was not disappointed. From Art, the salesman, to the 2 installers and Craig the owner. They went above and beyond to make sure it was done on time, correctly, professionally and to my satisfaction."

"They were very prompt in returning my initial call. On the day of the call, I was contacted 2x to keep me abreast of actual arrival time. Daniel was very nice and professional. He showed me what he replaced and explained the repair. I highly recommend this company for all of your appliance repairs."

"I am very pleased. He told me and show me the problem was. He is polite and fixed my AC in the morning that didn't take too long. I have no problem at all he told me all the details what needed to get done. I highly recommend him as he is very respectful and after the work he gave me a call to make sure that the AC is working."

"Wonderful services and have hired multiple times! The staff was on time, polite, and was extremely clean during the service and cleaned up so well after they left."

"Mr. Ferrell first connected his computer to my computer via internet and worked for quite a few hours trying to determine what exactly was wrong. The next day he continued working from his computer for several hours. He determined he would have to have my desktop tower to complete the repair. He and my son met in Huntsville to exchange the tower. He then cleaned up a lot of what was wrong and reloaded Windows 10. He deleted the D: drive which had way too much memory allotted to it. The tower was returned and I plugged it all back together and it is working better than it did when I first purchased it. I would use him again and I recommend him highly to anyone needing computer updating and/or repair. His work is warrantied and he is very personable, knowledgeable, and helpful."

"It was raining so he could only get an approximation of the AC System performance.

"Excellent follow-through and great communication! Fixed my AC quickly and affordably. I am very thankful that I found Mr Honey Do through a local neighborhood Facebook group. He came highly recommended by a lot of people, and I felt super confident before he even showed up. That is the hardest part about finding repair people — wondering if you have the right person who is going to find the correct problem and offer an honest/fair solution. He is your guy! I plan on using him for other projects . I'm Thankful that he does almost any type of work .I have an old house and it is terrifying when something breaks and you don’t have someone you call regularly!"

"Very well.  They arrived ahead of time, did the job quickly, and left no mess.  We had a new central air and heating system installed by them in September of 2012, which is how we have the service contract with them.  That big job was also done in a timely manner by polite technicians who left our house as they found it."
