"Service was prompt, professional and well done."

"Called Monday am. Said they would try to fit me in. Called about 3 hrs later, I was next on the list. Diagnosed new blower, had one in the truck, replaced, labor $75, part $325. Total time under 1 hour. New part was loud and disturbing me plus water was leaking from the humidifier. Out within 2 hrs-they do appointments geographically which is more efficient. PVC drainage pipe was accidently knocked off, fixed plus inspected filter which I didn't know needs to be changed every year. Diagnosed noise as the new unit breaking in, got it quiet enough for comfort. DEFINITELY would hire again and recommend."

"I had a great experience with G & R Heating & Air! They handled multiple services for me, including repairing my wall heater and servicing my central A/C, and everything was done professionally and efficiently. The team was punctual, knowledgeable, and explained each step clearly."

"Very professional and the work was done very efficiently and he cleaned up afterwards and left the area spotless. The service was great but I think Carrier needs to work on the quality of its top of the line furnaces as a heat exchanger should not go bad after 6 years"

"The service men were cordial and polite. These informed me as to their requests and how they were going to proceed with the duct cleaning. After the cleaning the area was policed and everything was back in order. An excellent experience and I would recommend 4 Seasons to anybody that may need a new system, or to have their system cleaned."

"After purchasing the Big Deal, I was contacted within 1 day. The appointment for the inspection was scheduled within 2 business days, the installation was done, within the week.  Not only did these Professionals install the furnace, condenser and air conditioner. They completely redid the venting of the furnace and hot water heater, moved the electrical and water lines in a more efficient route, and built a pad for the air conditioner complete with pea gravel  and substantial pad.  In my 35 plus years of ownership I have never been so happy with a contractor. Very responsive to my questions about maintenance of the units.

"I had a problem with a squirrel getting in the dryer vent that did some damage. The cleaning could not be completed until I have some repair work done. The techs were professional in their work, their contact with me and yes when I get the work done, I will not hesitate in having them again."

"Everything was great except they broke the exterior dryer vent cover. They said they would return and replace it. They never did. It never should have happened in the first place. A true professional would have removed the cover when cleaning to eliminate the possibility of damage."

"Sarge was right on schedule, took care of both items and gave me some pointers on care for humidifier and condensate pump. He also explained it’d be best to wait until spring to do the a/c inspection/tune-up. I would certainly hire again!"
