I needed a new faucet because that one was corroded. He also checked the toilet to see if the water flow was o.k. and it was. Next I went out to Home Depot and purchased another wide spread faucet. Called Joe and he came out to install it. He is very courteous and efficient. He answered all of my questions. I would definitely hire Phill's Plumbing again."

Got 2 options, replace the entire water heater or just the gas valve. The water heater replacement was about $3000 and the gas valve about $700. No high pressure to replace the water heater. Decided the replace the gas valve after talking with the technician and Bill. Technician came out Tuesday morning and replaced the gas valve. Now plenty of hot water. The final invoice was $ 200 less than the estimate. Victor the technician was very professional. Knew what he was doing. I would highly recommend Bill Metzger plumbing for all you plumbing needs"

"I bought the Angie's List Big Deal for $295 for a $750-$850 hydro jet and video inspection service. The hydro jetting service of my main sewer line was amazingly fast and high tech. They used a locating device to track the hydro jet head 8ft under my property to map the progress. Next a video camera was dropped in parallel to the jet and made sure everything was clear. Additionally I learned repairs had been made to the sewer line prior to us buying the property 14 years earlier. This is truly a pro operation. The video inspection sealed the deal on my level of confidence in their work. The main line works perfectly and I am dead positive I have no ruptured or collapsed portions in my sewer line."

We called several plumbing services and Personal Plumbing was able to come out the next day with their own slab leak tech. The techs were on time and took about three hours to find the leak and reroute and place pipe to repair. They were able to avoid more holes in the drywall by placing the pipe on the exterior garage side, extending us savings. They also showed great integrity by letting us know that any repair would also have to replace factory pressure valve that was no longer working (putting pressure on our system).
