"We had an early morning "garage door emergency" - called the company as soon as they opened, and they were able to schedule us for a same-day service appointment. The appointment was for early afternoon, but they said if they could get someone out earlier they would. Turns out they could and they did....and before noon we had our problem diagnosed, and our options for repair or replace explained. Given the age and condition of our door, we decided to replace. The door we wanted was in stock, and we were able to get it installed that day! Brian (with an assist from Kyle) did the installation. Brian kept us informed thoughout the process, and when it was complete -- he took the time to really explain how to maintain the new garage door. We appreciate that.
