Viking was highly recommended by a party that just recently had used them.  We contacted them, provided pictures of the problem, and were given a quote over the phone.  First company who gave a quote from looking at the picture, we didn't have to pay extra for a trip charge.  We scheduled repairs for the next day.  Aaron called before scheduled time with ETA and was on time.   He was very informative, courteous and helpful. He constantly updated us throughout the repair cycle as to findings discovered once the wall was opened with options. Aaron has pride in his work and reputation. We learned so much from him.  A fine young man, which says a lot about his parents. "I called on a Friday about a clogged toilet which we have had issues that seemed never ending from one toilet to next in both men and women’s stalls at our bar. Someone was out to us within a few hours and was able to find the issue with not only the one toilet, but what had been causing the ongoing problem for us, within an hour. The guy Nick that came out, explained it to us in a professional but simple way for us to understand and showed up prepared to work on spot!! "Overall it was terrable. He (Jacob) came out on 3‐14 to check our frig. He said he'd order the part and be back when it came in. Usually the next day. I càlled on 3-18 to check on part. She said that he forgot to order the part and that she would. Since it was ordered on Fridaÿ it wouldn't be in untill Monday or Tuesday. When it finally came in they schulded fot that Saturday. He installed the part but still no water dispenced. He took out filter and inserted a new one still no water. He said he wasn't sure what was wrong but unplug it to see if it was frozen inside of the the door. Otherwise they would have to send out some one else and there would be another service call fee. He then left. As soon as he left the water started leaking out all over the kitchen floor. It now makes a god awful noise from who knows what!! Never made the noise before! After 3 days of calling I shut the water off and am still waiting for them to call as they said they would. So the story continues! And I am still waiting!"
