"Finding someone to install a water softener seems like one of those tasks where you can easily find yourself in trouble because of sales people wanting to sell you expensive equipment that is not needed and/or getting someone who provides shoddy workmanship. After seeing the stellar reviews on Angie's List for AOK Water Services, I gave them a call. Kevin and Kristie came out, and we talked about my options. They had a cost sheet with simple pricing, and there were no high pressure sales tactics. Our discussion was more like talking with a knowledgeable good neighbor that you have known for years. I did not need to interview any other company. We scheduled the installation at a time convenient for me. Unfortunately, on the day of installation, it was raining heavily and my unit was being installed outside. Kristie contacted me plenty of time in advance of my appointment and rescheduled for a time that was good for me. Kevin came out on time and had the unit installed and working with no issues within the timeframe communicated. If you need a water softener, I urge you to call AOK. Not only are the prices reasonable and their professionalism is of the highest standard, but they also have a healthy respect for the men and women who serve in our military."

"The technician came on time and, although it took him longer than expected to install the system, he installed it and demonstrated the system for me. The next day, I noticed there was still water on the concrete close to the system but, I figured it was residual water. Apparently the system was leaking. Two days after install I contacted Leaf and advised them that the system was leaking. Early, the next business day, they arrived and repaired the leak and made sure I was happy. My system seems to be working well and I am satisfied."

"I called Jerry on a Saturday. Jerry worked with me and gave me a solution until he could get the part on Monday to avoid me paying twice for a problem he was able to diagnose on the phone. Very professional and helpful. Jerry always seems all about the customer and finding solutions when they are in a bind. When my pressure tank failed I was on the phone with him Off and on for about an hour. Jerry was patient and professional. His son replaces the pressure tank and was just as professional. $600ish for the pump install and was $345 parts and labor for the pressure tank install"

While here he also took care of a slow drain with my master tub and it now drains perfectly! I would highly recommend him to anyone with any plumbing needs!!"
