I took prices from some angies list contractor and some homeadvisor contactors, I saw this company working in my neighbor hood and ask the supervisor for a price. The price was a little higher that the one I had received but the did such a good job on the driveway down the street that I went with them. The did an excellent job so I the had them do my flat roof because they are also roofing contractors"

"When we first called Carl for a garage shelving estimate, he said he was in the area and would be by within an hour. We talked with him about what we'd like to have built and where we'd like it. He completely understood our needs, asked some intelligent questions, gave some valuable advice, and gave a good estimate for labor costs. He'd buy and bring the material to do the job and provide us with the receipt so we could reimburse him. We set a date for the next week. He arrived on time along with his adult son and all the materials he had bought for us plus all of his work gear. They set to work unloading our garage shelves (most of which were already containerized and boxed) into the middle of the garage floor. They worked very hard and very smart. The shelving was done perfectly on all three sides of the garage exactly like we had requested. They loaded our new shelves back up exactly where we wanted things and left some for us to do on our own at our request. They were very courteous, kind, efficient, and did an outstanding job. We've already asked Carl to come back and do some work for the interior of our home.

"We purchase an Angies's list coupon for  American Eagle Stone Work to do 4 hours worth of rotten wood repair........We initially scheduled an appointment and he never showed up....so I texted him in the morning and he
said they would be there at 2:00pm that day. The first thing he said...was he needed 200.00 more dollars for another guy to hold the wood... as we had a 16ft piece of rotted fascia board that needed replaced. 
He should just offer two hours with two guys....because I imagine he needs a 2nd person most of the time anyway.  He did agree to let my husband hold the wood and be the helper.
So we schedule with..American Eagle Stone Work a week and a half out....and then the night before at 8:52pm (when American Eagle Stone Work is supposed to be here at 9:00am to do the work..he emails and cancels saying he needs to schedule to next week. Then without even a phone call, or and email or a text....he shows up the next morning saying he is ready to work...but we had make plans to leave for the day. Not very professional.

"We feel like we won the lottery finding general contractor Billy Shapiro of SBS of South Florida to handle our shower remodel. We knew there was a leak, but didn't know where or how serious. Billy came out right away to evaluate the situation and come up with an initial plan at a fair estimate to repair the problem, knowing it could be more extensive. He was right. When his team began removing tile they discovered the leak had caused major damage and ended up demoing, rebuilding and retiling the shower. Billy's team is second to none -- they are skilled craftsman who do top quality exceptional work, pay meticulous attention to detail, are prompt and reliable, and leave the job site organized and clean at the end of each day. (How often do you find that level of professionalism any more in South Florida?) Billy is in regular communication with the customer, clearly explaining next steps throughout the entire project. The quote for the extra remodeling work was fair, reasonable, honest and well worth it considering the quality of work we received in return. Before this project was complete, we already began talking to Billy about having his team back for more projects. "Dan and Tony were great ! They were prompt and exceeded my expectations. They were knowledgeable and got right to work. Dan uncovered an underlying problem of a leaking roof causing the rotting of my fascia board which I was totally unaware of. He suggested that I repair the roof section that had rotted away before any repair was done to the fascia for obvious reasons. Dan installed temporary boards to keep any unwanted animals out and at the same time allowed the roofer easy access to inspect the damage by unscrewing the temporary boards with ease. They also redirected a dryer vent that was blowing onto the back of my AC compressor and mcGivered it so that it wasn't blowing any lint onto the compressor anymore. Lastly, they installed two electrical outlets in my garage. They did a great job in all aspects of my requests and I would highly recommend Dan to anyone who wans an A1 job for any of their projects.

"Dale completed the job in a timely manner.  He brought in the necessary people to do and re-do all the work that needed to be done.   He dealt with the County on my behalf, got the necessary permits and passed the required inspections.  As this mess was going on for more than a year because I could not find anyone willing to deal with the county and fix the work that was done, Dale really saved me.  The apartment is now completed and is currently being rented.  Several weeks after the job was completed I had to contact Dale re: a problem with the cable for the TV.  Though the problem had nothing to do with the work he did, Dale took the time to speak with the cable person and helped to solve the problem.
