I had to have the ac unit replaced in another house and I called Modern A C again in August of 2020 He is amazing! He came quickly and tore out old and installed new. Very professional. Got a permit. Registered unit. Very clean. Did everything the way it should be and at a reasonable price. I highly recommend"

"Last September, 2016 we had Service America Enterprise replace our air conditioning unit.  The price is hard to say because I didn't take any other estimates from other companies but them.  So I don't know what competing estimates would have been.  I think it was like $3400.  They were late in showing up.  I would use them again in the future but I don't know if it would be for air conditioning. "
