I repaired my old dryer and cleaned the wall vent myself, but still was not obtaining the results still took- 4 hrs to dry towels. So, I ordered a new dryer which was supposed to be delivered on Friday. I thought I would get the roof vent cleaned to start fresh with the new dryer. I called several places only to get a recording or text message informing me they were busy and would call me later. Contacted Mr. Duct . and received prompt service from a wonderful live person Informing me of their services, coupons and available special discounts. I was able to schedule for the next day. The technician was prompt, thorough and Respectful. Explaining exactly what they did and what they found, showing Me the Impacted lint ..Ran a test load and all was clear. After they left I ran another load of the same amount of towels which Instead of 4 hrs took 35 minutes. So no need for the new dryer . Thanks to Mr. duct, I was able to cancel my new dryer since My old Kenmore Now works great. Excellent service and staff!"

"The only time they had available was in the evening so I had to pay double the amount or a regular service call. I agreed to that because the temperature in my house probably around 40°. They gave me a timeframe for service from 5 PM to 9 PM and a service person would call when on their way. I was thrilled that Brett called me at before 5pm. Brett was very professional and thorough. He walked me through what needed to be fixed and prices. Within less than 35,minutes he replaced my broken igniter and answered questions about my desire to replace an 18 year old furnace."

"Phoenix HVAC has been great! I needed maintenance on my A/C having never done any on it for 13 years. Bob was great at explaining all that he was doing and he comped me on a part of the service because they had to reschedule me 2 times due to their schedules getting so busy with the latest extreme heat. Speaking of rescheduling, it's not common practice for them and Maggie, their office manager (and Bob) were extremely apologetic about it. I understood the circumstances. I was not in peril with no A/C and others were, so I was ok to wait a few days from original date. Customer Service was excellent, no pushy sales pitch and quality work! I've already recommended them to my neighbors!"
