He removed my old hot water heater and placed the new one in its new location and adapted the Plumbing. He was very clean and wore protective covers on his shoes. He was very courteous and informed. And when I needed to adjust the list of services I had agreed to, he gave me no quarrel. He removed the item that I no longer need. Excellent service from excellent people!"
