"I’m so glad I called HD mechanical to have my thermostat fixed. We set a time to meet up and he was there on time and very professional. He was very thorough with his work and explained to me all the work he performed. He even checked and serviced my unit, showing me that my filter needed to be changed. Would definitely recommend to anyone who needs and service/repairs done."

"Excellent service from start to finish. Office picked up phone right away and scheduled an appointment for the same day on one of the hottest days of the year. They explained in detail process of repair. They dispatched out Vadim who was on time and very knowledgeable. He was able to diagnose and repair my ac quickly and also explained everything he was doing and his recommendations. I would use this company again and again"

"The service tech that came to our house, John, was very courteous, very knowledgeable and detected several issues that he explained in detail and it was easy to concur with his assessments. He found a big clog in a very old pipe, which had broken as he was inspecting it. This clog had been giving us problem and was preventing the air from turning on. He ran to home depot, bought a replacement part and installed it, at no additional charge! He also vacuumed the heating unit and installed a new latch to hold the filter in place. He took the time to explain about the need to ensure the filter is secure so dirt and dust does not work its way into the main unit (Which would be very bad!). He examined the outside air conditioner and we scheduled another appointment in 6 months for a nice general check up. The outside unit may have a leak, which we were previously aware of, but he provided us additional details and let us know what our future options may be. We decided in 6 months, when they return for the semi-annual service we signed up for, that we could see how everything is looking. Very happy with the experience with Magnolia!"

"Thoroughly checked my heating system and all is working well. I’ve used this company for years with only the best service and repairs."

"Moonie, the service tech/owner was very enjoyable to work with. He is very time efficient, reasonably priced, and finished the job quick even though he had to return to the project with new parts. He is friendly to talk to about what needs to be done to complete the project. He also tells you what maintenance to do to prevent future repairs. I highly recommend his services."

"Southland gave us the best quotes for our Heat/AC unit replace. They also told us about rebates from Los Angeles (other businesses we contacted did not mention this). Their crew were professional and worked hard. We especially appreciate the care of Nick and Elbert from Southland. The unit went up in a day and looks great (and works very well, too). We are grateful to Southland for the good experience and excellent customer service. Thank you!"

"RKM made this almost a pleasure. We started with a service call to evaluate/fix the old A/C. Richard was on-time, skilled and helpful. RKM phoned to confirm appointments and sent email messages to keep us updated re: arrival times. When new equipment was needed - Robert helped us navigate the choices and design a system that was a more efficient Energy Star rated unit that met our needs at a price we could manage. We didn't need financing but, that was available as a reasonable option. Proposals, invoices and equipment brochures were all sent in detailed & easily understood email messages. Installation of the new system (furnace & A/C) went smoothly as scheduled. The installation team - Jonathan, Brian and Julio - were on-time, friendly and knowledgeable. They took care to protect our homes interior and yard. All of the old equipment was removed and new installed, tested, etc in one day. The new a/c compressor, made by Gorman is QUIET; It's only been 24 hours but, the house is COOL and we can't hear anything in the house or yard."

"Fast, professional expert service provided by technician Ron Gautreau. Ron showed up on time, explained everything he will do after I agreed to replace our leaking "vintage" water heater, did everything exactly as he explained it. We are very pleased with Ron's work and will recommend services of Water Heaters Only to everyone who may need service or replacement. This company does "Water Heaters Only" and the reason why they do it better than anyone else."

"Jim did a great job. He quickly assessed the problem and then took our unit with him to work on it more. When he got back to us, the fix would have cost more than it was worth. He gave us options for a new or refurbished PC. We felt the refurbished was a good deal and chose that. He came back and set that up and we are very happy with it. He then took a look at my laptop and again took it along. He tuned it up and installed a speed upgrade we wanted. Of course, we paid extra for the new unit and upgrades, but we thought the price was very fair. Jim seemed very knowledgeable and responsive. We will definitely call him again if we need any computer services."
