"These guys were great! They showed up at 8:00 a.m sharp with a team of five guys and two trucks. They were all business and had the outdoor concrete Hurricane pad set and the new Mitsubishi Heat Pump installed in no time. Meanwhile two other guys were installing the 3 indoor wall air handler units and running the line sets. By late afternoon, the system was all charged with refrigerant, everything was cleaned up and all the units worked perfectly. I couldn't be happier and I'm absolutely amazed at how quite and efficient the indoor units are. They're rated at 19 dBA which is considered whisper quite; most indoor ambient decibel level is ~40 dBA.
