"It was a superb experience. From the visit by Bruce the sales representative to the installation day to the follow-up from Petro, every single person we interacted with was helpful and professional. When Bruce arrived to do the assessment, we spent time going over the heating needs in the house. After a thorough inspection and measurement of the house, we sat down. He showed me a few options, all of which were going to provide good service. I ordered a unit at the end of that meeting. The installation day was just terrific- the entire work crew that showed up were everything I would hope to find: Upbeat, informative, hard-working, focused. The job was finished before end of day as promised. The heater room is now immaculate, with new piping and a new heater. It was like watching a pit crew at a NASCAR race. Everyone had their tasks, they moved carefully but quickly. The materials were all laid out in order, etc. Just a totally professional approach to their work. The crew boss answered any questions I had. The follow-up for a normal inspection of the furnace chimney was scheduled the day after the installation. I’ve gotten calls to insure we are satisfied with the work. Satisfied barely covers it- I am pleased to write this kind of review. They have serviced my water softener, hot water heat, furnace, as well as performed other services that come up in an old house. "Despite numerous visits, they were NEVER able to get heat to all parts of the house after the installation of a new natural gas boiler in September. This boiler replaced an inefficient 30-year-old oil fired boiler, which had to be replaced as it could no longer be repaired. I had no idea how good that oil boiler was!! Specifically, the radiator in one room never gets hot enough long enough to heat that room, and other radiators were slow to heat up. Company said that the lack of insulation in part of the house was the cause for one room not getting heat; however, the old inefficient oil boiler was able to provide heat to this room and the rest of the house (& more quickly too). Even on a warm day, heat is not provided to this room, so I don’t this insulation is the real issue. They said oil provides a more intense heat, but if this were true, why would anyone make the switch? For $9000+ the boiler should heat the entire house and they even charged us an additional $700 to balance and replace steam vents, which had NO effect on the heating system, and we continue to have very little heat in that one bedroom (we are now using a space heater). I will now have to hire another company to have the boiler evaluated, as I believe it is under-sized for the house. Although everyone was very pleasant, I would NOT recommend hiring this company."

"I called in the late morning and the friendly office person took down all my information and gave me a window of time between 2-4 PM. She later called and said that the serviceman got done early with his morning job and would like to know if he can come earlier. The repairman, Andrew, was professional and knowledgeable. He opened the heating system access doors and found an error code. He promptly fixed the issue and also cleaned another part, which he said could give problems in the future. He took the time to explain why the problem occurred and what he did to fix it. He also took down the make/model of the heating system in case it needs more work in the future. Since there were not parts required, I was only charged the minimum service fee. The heat is working solidly now."

"I don't have enough good things to say about Rob. He was friendly and knowledgeable from first contact. He was able to come out the same day and give an accurate quote. He kept in contact until the day of the install. He arrived on time on the day of the install and finished promptly. He had to climb over the washer and dryer AFTER it was stacked in the closet to complete the install. Rob brought all the tools and pieces necessary and left no mess. Rob was a pleasure to deal with and I would recommend him without reservation. His prices were fair for the amount of work he did and I will definitely use him in the future should we need."

"Had a high velocity a/c issue and getting run around by orignal installer who I will blast for unprofessionaliism if he ever is listed here. Frustrated, called CC based off Angies reviews. Lisa was very pleasant and attentive to my long winded explanation, had me speak to Mo who took time talking to me. I asked if he could take a look at unit , he did and said it was operating but not cooling properly but that a full pressurized check of system was best done when weather warms. He was going to leave without a service charge but I asked him if he could winterize furnance, thought quote could have been lil lower for that but agreed because I appreciated his directness and honesty on dealings. Lisa quickly made appt to fit my schedule and Mo and helper were puntual on call as well as prompt responding to night call to check on pressure gauge that they replaced. Service cost all in."

"Delroy is a professional, who is highly skillful, in resolving and heating or cooling issues your home might have. We had several companies over the last several months try and repair our boiler. The fixes would last few weeks or months and than we were back to have heating issues. After the last repair man tried to charge us $1800 dollars we were at a lose. We had no heat for 48 hours. We contacted Delroy within an hour he was there and had figure out what was wring. We went and got the need materials and arrived and stayed late into the night to repair the issue. We looked even further into our system and pointed out something no other repair man had seen and advised a fix. He came back the next day and worked late into the night to implement the fix. The whole time explaining what he was doing and giving knowledge on how to maintain the system. He even went above and beyond and went around to flush the entire system to get to peak performance. I cant thank him enough for the work he did for me and my family. I would not trust anyone else to do work on my home system again. He was true gentleman during the entire process, and my family is eternally gratefully for what he did for us in our time of need."
