"I was concerned that the technician was trying to steer me towards a more costly fix for my garage situation. At first I was not offerred any type of guarantee for the less costly method of repair, however, when he realized I was about to opt out of the repair altogether, he offered me a one year warranty for the less expensive fix, which I requested in writing on my receipt. Not sure if I will call them for further repairs even though they were the original installers of my garage in 1996. If I recommend them, it would not be a strong recommendation."
